Lemon zest | |
Salt, pepper |
Season the quinoa with the lemon zest and ground pepper.
Peel the carrots and cut into sticks.
Shred the cabbage.
Wash and halve the apples, then core and slice them.
In a bowl, emulsify the lemon juice, the oil and the salt.
Lay all the ingredients on a dish or in a bowl and season with the emulsion. Add extra taste with the lemon zest and some freshly ground pepper.
