STEP 1

Crumble: with the tips of the fingers quickly crumble the cold butter with the flour and the brown sugar, then add the chopped hazelnuts.

STEP 2

Sprinkle the crumble on a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 190° C for 10 minutes. Let cool down.

STEP 3

Core and slice the apples. Lay them in single bowls, toss them with the bergamot juice and sugar.

STEP 4

Add the crumble and complete with the goji berries.
