Peel, core and dice the apples.
Lay the apples dices on a baking tray with parchment paper and bake at 170° C for 30 minutes.
When done, let them cool down.
In a bowl, beat the butter and the sugar till creamy and fluffy.
Add the egg, the yolk and the liqueur, and the sifted cocoa powder.
Roughly chop the biscuits.
Blend the chopped biscuits, the chopped walnuts and the apple dices into the batter.
Lay the mix on a sheet of aluminium foil (or plastic wrap) and roll it into the shape of a salami. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
Unwrap before serving, and sprinkle with the extra cocoa powder.
