This is the recipe for our apple, berry and ginger smoothie, a fresh and delicious smoothie for a good breakfast full of energy or a healthy snack. Ready in just 5 minutes.

STEP 1

Peel the ginger and cut it into pieces

STEP 2

Peel, core and dice the apples.

STEP 3

Put the frozen berries in the blender.

STEP 4

Add the pieces of apple.

STEP 5

Add flavour with the ginger, then add the yogurt, and sugar if desired. 

STEP 6

Blend till smooth, then pour in glasses and decorate with mixed fruit, apple slices and mint leaves.
