A complete tour with expert guides unfolding the entire journey made by a Melinda apple after its harvesting. The visit includes the processing plant in one of our cooperatives, a tasting experience of different apple varieties, and the visit of our amazing hypogeal cells in the Rio Maggiore Mine, where all our apples rest inside the mountains.

Good to know
Arrive 15 minutes before your tour time, so we can maintain the programmed schedule.
On some Saturday afternoons and on Sundays, the processing facilities of the COCEA Cooperative will be closed and not in operation, and therefore it will not be open to visitors.
The hypogeal cells are a closed and underground environment. People suffering from claustrophobia or other conditions incompatible with the hypogeal environment, may experience discomfort.
The visit includes a walk of approximately 1 kilometer on gently sloping ground, where temperatures reach 10–12°C. Visitors are advised to wear a jacket, long trousers, and closed-toe shoes.
